Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product lost during transit
  • Order cancelled before shipment

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
